Benefits
Compact, industrial housing with SFP interface and LC duplex socket for immediate connection of a glass fibre patch cable to network devices such as switches, routers or firewalls
Converts electrical signals into optical signals and vice versa
Compatible with SFP interfaces from many manufacturers thanks to a standardised SFP interface in accordance with the SFP MSA specification ("Small Form Factor Pluggable Multi-Sourcing Agreement")
The SFP interface allows SFP modules on the network device to be replaced quickly in order to react flexibly to network adaptations (e.g. different fibre type, different data transmission rates). Instead of a large number of terminal devices in the warehouse, only different SFP modules are required
Provides digital diagnostic data in real time, in particular on connection quality (DDM information in accordance with the SFF-8472 specification)
Uses eye-safe lasers of laser class 1 according to DIN EN 60825-1
UL certification according to technical data enables the product to be used on the North American market
Available in different variants for different fibre types (SM and MM), data transmission rates and wavelengths.

Universally applicable for bidirectional signal and data transmission via GOF fibre optic cables
For use with ETHERLINE® ACCESS switches that have an SFP interface
Extended temperature range from -40°C to +85°C.
